On December 13th, a 20-meter-tall giant light sculpture was illuminated in the night sky of San Bonifacio, Italy, marking the complete installation of this urban art landmark manufactured by Vincentaa Group. This is not only the successful delivery of a project but also a concentrated demonstration of Vincentaa’s professional expertise and system capabilities in the global public art engineering field.

From concept to reality
Witnessing the fulfillment of commitment
Located in Verona, a historic and cultural city in Italy, this landmark sculpture was created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the partner company, Pedrollo. The sculpture was originally designed by renowned Italian designer Roberto, with Vincentaa Group responsible for the entire delivery process, including detailed design, manufacturing, international logistics, and on-site installation.

Regarding the design concept, Roberto explained, “This is an expression with profound meaning, symbolizing motion, transformation, and transmission. Based on this, I created a sculpture named ‘Vortice’ (Vortex). Its form spirals upward, gradually converging until it finally culminates in a single point. The four sets of spiral structures simulate the movement of water following an ascending airflow, ultimately merging in the same direction.”

The birth of a landmark
A global showcase of strength
To realize this complex project integrating art, structure, and lighting, Vincentaa quickly assembled a cross-border, interdisciplinary team, bringing together experts in 3D design, structural engineering, lighting technology, load analysis, and intelligent manufacturing for systematic collaboration. During the detailed design phase, the team maintained close communication with the Italian designer and the client, using digital simulations and multiple rounds of technical discussions to transform the creative concept into a feasible engineering plan. In the production and assembly stages, industrial precision standards ensured that every joint, load-bearing element, and visual effect met the design expectations.

As a benchmark light sculpture in the region, its scale and structural complexity rank among the highest in similar projects. The sculpture stands approximately 20 meters tall, covers an area of about 200 square meters, and weighs 15 tons. To facilitate cross-sea transportation and precise on-site installation, the Vincentaa team innovatively adopted a modular design and construction approach, breaking the structure down into 45 precision modules. These were shipped in six containers to Italy and assembled on-site with millimeter-level accuracy. From the manufacturing base in China to the installation site in Southern Europe, Vincentaa demonstrated what it means to achieve “global manufacturing, locally perfected” through its mature international project execution system.

Delivering with exceptional strength
Meeting the world’s expectations
Particularly noteworthy was the installation phase—Vincentaa dispatched a technical team with extensive international project experience to Italy. Overcoming challenges such as site conditions, language barriers, and differing technical standards, the team worked efficiently while ensuring safety and quality. Ultimately, the sculpture stood proudly under the Verona sky, earning high praise from the client.

The successful completion of this Italian project not only highlights Vincentaa’s comprehensive solution capabilities in large-scale artistic structures but also confirms its integrated strengths in design collaboration, precision manufacturing, global logistics, and on-site installation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Vincentaa Group remains committed to technology as its foundation and art as its wings, striving to create iconic engineering works worldwide—making every installation a trustworthy and remarkable landmark.
